Ammie的普拉提之旅始于她移居澳大利亚时,最初只是寻找一种简单的方式来保持活跃。然而,随着时

除了教学,Ammie热爱阅读、看电影,并与她的边境牧羊犬一起徒步旅行。她相信,普拉提不仅仅是身

Tanya是一名APPI(澳大利亚生理治疗与普拉提研究学院)认证的普拉提教练,致力于通过运动帮助人们
建立力量,让身体更强健、更富活力。六年前,她因兴趣接触普拉提,逐渐被这种训练方式的精准控制与
深层觉知所吸引。随着对身体理解的不断加深,她在去年的某个契机下决定成为教练,正式开启自己的教
学之旅。如今,她活跃于多家普拉提工作室,陪伴学员在运动中探索身体的潜能,收获力量与自信。
在课堂上,Tanya注重精准控制与流畅运动的结合,强调呼吸与核心的稳定,不仅帮助学员在训练中受益
,更引导他们将这种觉知融入日常生活,改善姿态,减少不适,让运动真正服务于生活。她始终相信,健
康不仅仅意味着无痛,更是一种能够自由、自信地享受生活的状态。她期待在课堂上帮助更多人找到这种
自由,让每个人都能活出更强健、更自在的自己。
她最喜欢的普拉提动作?侧板支撑收膝、Reformer脚带练习,以及Reformer波比跳——既考验控制力,

Your instructor - Hannah

Hannah is a Polestar Studio qualified Pilates instructor. Her areas of expertise include equipment and mat pilates classes which are specifically catered and individualised for all of her clients needs.
Beginning her own movement journey at the age of 3. Finding much joy through all forms of dance. Hannah formalised her deep love of movement and had a very successful career as a full time professional dancer after moving to Melbourne and graduating with a Diploma of Performing Arts. While lucky enough to have travelled the world with her career and passion. She specialised in children’s entertainment. Working for global powerhouses such as Disney and Universal Studios through her career. From the age of 16 she also persuade another of life long dedications, as a dance teacher.
When taking a class with Hannah, she will challenge your body and mind to realign yourself in learning new pathways. Undoing things that no longer support your lifestyle and old habits. Making way for growth, newness, self awareness and a strong sustainable physical body-mind connection. She will gently support and guide you on your Pilates journey regardless if you are a new client to our studio, pre or post rehabbing, ongoing training or striving towards a career in movement requiring supportive pillars of strength and conditioning. She is particularly passionate about supporting women’s health needs and young and existing dancers and clients based in all fields of professional movement careers. Her approach is with kindness and patience for your growth and needs. Always mixed in with a few laughs and high energy enthusiasm towards her work in the studio. Moving in a healthy optimal way throughout life is always of paramount importance for her clients and practice in the studio. Hannah looks forward to welcoming you to the studio for the first time and ongoing to support to sustain your wellbeing in lifestyle choices!
