Hannah is a Polestar Studio–qualified Pilates instructor, specialising in mat and equipment Pilates. With a background as a professional dancer, she brings precision, body awareness, and mindful movement to every class. Hannah is passionate about supporting women’s health, dancers, and clients of all levels, helping them build strength, improve posture, and cultivate a strong body–mind connection. Her teaching is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each client’s needs, guiding them toward long-term wellbeing, confident movement, and a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
