Ammie’s Pilates journey began when she moved to Australia, initially seeking a simple way to stay active. Over time, she realized it was more than just exercise—it was an opportunity to build a profound connection with her body. Pilates helped her regain balance and discover a new sense of strength, both physically and mentally. This transformation ignited her passion for Pilates and inspired her to share its benefits with others. As a clinical Pilates instructor, Ammie understands that every student’s body is unique. She believes the body is like a precision machine, and only when each part is attended to, understood, and coordinated can it perform at its best. Her teaching philosophy is “movement that truly serves the body,” helping students build strength, flexibility, and stability, ultimately enabling them to fully enjoy health and life.
Ammie specializes in prenatal and postnatal Pilates. With her strong clinical Pilates background, she helps women stay strong during pregnancy and regain confidence and energy during postpartum recovery. Her classes focus not only on improving resilience but also on every detail, ensuring students can exercise safely and effectively, avoid injuries, and promote recovery.
Outside of teaching, Ammie enjoys reading, watching movies, and hiking with her Border Collie. She believes Pilates is not just physical exercise but a lifestyle. She looks forward to sharing this unique experience with every student in her classes, helping them achieve both physical and mental growth.

APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Certified Pilates Instructor

Tanya is an APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) certified Pilates instructor dedicated to helping people build strength and vitality through movement. Six years ago, she discovered Pilates out of curiosity and was gradually drawn to its precise control and deep body awareness. As her understanding of the body deepened, she decided to become an instructor last year, officially embarking on her teaching journey. Today, she teaches at multiple Pilates studios, guiding students to explore their body’s potential and gain strength and confidence through movement.
In her classes, Tanya focuses on combining precise control with fluid movement, emphasizing breath and core stability. She not only helps students benefit during training but also guides them to integrate
this awareness into daily life, improving posture, reducing discomfort, and making movement truly serve life. She firmly believes that health is not just the absence of pain but a state of freedom and confidence
to enjoy life. She looks forward to helping more people find this freedom in her classes, enabling everyone to live a stronger and more liberated life.
Her favorite Pilates exercises? Side plank with knee tucks, Reformer foot strap exercises, and Reformer burpees—challenging yet energizing movements that test control and ignite body energy. Outside of Pilates, Tanya loves exploring new restaurants, immersing herself in captivating TV series, tackling hiking trails, and planning her next adventure, always accompanied by her favorite matcha latte.
