Specializing in clinical Pilates and prenatal/postnatal training, Ammie helps women stay strong during pregnancy and recover safely postpartum, regaining confidence and vitality. Her teaching philosophy centers on making movement truly serve the body, offering each client a coordinated, efficient, and energizing exercise experience.

With six years of Pilates experience and APPI certification, Tanya specializes in mat and equipment Pilates. She is passionate about helping people build strength and enhance body control through movement, making exercise truly serve health and life.
